🧾 DC Bill Review
Latest DC invoice price for each part vs the store's MS last/replacement cost — any difference is flagged.
🚝 BSCP Rebates
connecting…Brake Share Capture Program. NAPA pays only when the item is billed at the exact price the customer's pricing profile sets for that group code — per line, not per invoice. A line that misses still counts as a sale; it just earns nothing.
Rebate earned vs received from the DC — by store
click a store to open its customersCredits received — per store, per month earned
NAPA credits per store, never per customer, which is why the customer level has no credited column. The DC invoice archive starts 2026-06-03, so months earned before May 2026 have no document on file at all.
The program sheet — required price by profile, line and group
How these numbers are made
Three different numbers
Sales is everything on a paying group code. At profile price is the part of it billed to the cent. Earning nothing is the rest. All three are shown because a line that misses the price is still a sale.
Where each figure comes from
bscp_ms_line— raw MultiStore lines, stored exactly as returned, keyed on (store, invoice, line seq). Every figure on this page walks back to one of them.bscp_ladder— the program sheet, by effective period. Never derived from billed prices.v_bscp_line— the graded view: customer's profile → part's group code → that profile's price on the sale date → billed price compared to the cent.bscp_credit— what NAPA actually paid, per store, per month earned.
What counts as a sale
Transaction types 1 and 2 only, applied in the view rather than the pull, so an excluded
line is still stored and still reachable — bscp_excluded(store, from, to)
returns what did not count and why. Item billing type is not filtered.
Known assumptions, carried openly
- PFB 600/605/610/615 on the August ladder is carried from the Jan–July sheet. The August sheet does not state it.
- Profile 41544 GRT 901 is loaded at $49.00 (Jan–Jul) / $51.00 (Aug). The sheet shows that price against NB 901 with GRT 901 missing; every other profile pairs GRT 501 with 901.
- Rotors sold as NB before February 2026. GRT 501/503 has no sales before then, so January and earlier depend entirely on NB 500/502 resolving.
